Let’s make a donation to a local animal shelter or rescue!
What is it?
There are two ways you can participate:
Having admired your friend's portrait and learning that Dana was the artist behind it, you were inspired by their recommendation and decided to reach out to commission your own portrait.
On the recommendation of your friend, who attended Dana’s Art Class, you're incredibly excited to join in and learn from Dana's expertise too
How does it work?
For a portrait order:
Please provide the name of your friend, their pet's name, and the approximate date of their portrait. Following this, kindly proceed with ordering your portrait according to the instructions provided on my commission page. Upon the final completion and payment of your portrait, your contribution will be recorded for the annual donation.
For art class registration:
Please provide the name of your friend, and which class they attended. Following this, kindly proceed to register for class via email. Upon payment and the completion of that class , your contribution will be recorded for the annual donation.
The Donation.
Here's the donation amount for each type of referral:
For an acrylic portrait commission - $20.00
For a graphite portrait commission - $15.00
For a class registration - $10.00
At the end of the calendar year I will combine all referral donations and make a cash donation to a local animal shelter or rescue of my choice.
I will then announce the recipient and amount donated on my website and social media.

Referral program details, terms and conditions are subject to change.
There is no limit to the number of referrals a person can make.
Only one referral per portrait order or class registration.
Referrals will only count on completed and fully paid commissions and full payment and completion of class.
