Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to place your order. Deposits are non-refundable except if you change your mind within 7 days of paying, or the unlikely event that I have to cancel your order.  (minus any Third Party Payment Processing Fees)

Prices do not include detailed backgrounds, toys, blankets or grass. There will be an extra charge to add these items to your portrait.

Add 50% for a second subject in the same portrait. For 3 or more subjects please contact me for a quote.

There is a maximum number of subjects for each size.

Portraits are unframed. Graphite portraits include an archival mat. Acrylic paintings are most often done on a gallery canvas with painted edges and hanging wire attached.

It is your responsibility to ensure photographers permission to create artwork from any photograph(s) you submit.

Payment is due in full before pickup/shipping. Shipping costs are extra.

If any portrait is not paid in full within 3 months of completion, I will retain ownership and have the option to sell

Minor changes can be done at my discretion, free of charge, by request, after the proof is received and before pickup. Any major changes or mulitple adjustments will be charged an extra fee. There will be an extra fee for any changes requested after pickup.

Upon registration for a class or workshop no refunds will be given once class materials/Information have been sent to the participant. 

Please note that I do share my artwork on social media, my website, and other marketing options for promotional and educational purposes.  During the process of creating the artwork I may photograph or videotape it in various stages and share these as well.
